What does the recruitment process look like?

  1. After defining the recruitment needs, we publish job advertisements, where we try to describe the scope of tasks and the profile of the ideal candidate. Don’t worry, we know perfectly well that there are no ideals, but we believe that there are perfect people for given roles.

  2. We conduct selections among the incoming applications for a given position and verify the level of matching candidates to the offered position. In other words, we check whether we are dipping ourselves at the CV level.

  3. We meet the best candidates, looking for common ground, talking in a relaxed atmosphere. We are well aware that such conversations can be stressful despite the best intentions, so we make every effort to ensure that everyone can present themselves from the best side.

  4. We strive to get to know our candidates, their professional experience, expectations and aspirations as much as possible. On-line interviews may appear at one stage. We try to conduct recruitment meetings most effectively, so we invite our immediate supervisor and a person from the HR department to attend them immediately.

  5. There may be situations where we ask a candidate to prepare a thematic case, all in order to get to know the way of thinking and actions of the applicants. It is completely a space to be taken by the candidates.

  6. We select the best candidate and present him a job offer with all the arrangements for the recruitment interview.
